From the contact form I normally collect your name, email address, and phone number in order to respond to your enquiry.
During booking, I also collect the names and ages of the participants of the photo session are collected in the name of legitimate interest; in order for me to effectively plan your session and give direction to those participating.

Your data is collected simply so I can respond to your enquiry, plan your session, and invoice you for any purchases made after your session has taken place.
We may disclose your relevant personal information to assist us in providing the service we offer, processing transactions, fulfilling requests for information, receiving and sending communications, providing support service and other tasks from time to time. Wild Roses Photography and our contractors and service providers will only use your information to the extend necessary to perform their functions. You can opt in to allow me to use images of yourself for marketing/portfolio on a separate form, provided upon booking. I respect the privacy of my clients and no names will ever be disclosed, even if you opt to allow use of your images by Wild Roses Photography.

If you pay an invoice via a payment link that I send you, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).
We do not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided by you directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.
